Join our Vex teams today!
Our Vex Robotics teams are open to any John Hardin High School student that wishes to join. It is preferred that joining members are either currently, or formerly enrolled in the schools PLTW course. The skills used in the Vex Robotics program are taught in the PLTW courses and applied during preparation and competition of Vex Robotics. Students learn the design process, programming, build techniques, and numerous other skills in PLTW courses. As a member of the John Hardin Vex Robotics teams, students will take on a year long engineering challenge as they research, design, build, test, evaluate, and refine their robot designs, while documenting their work in an engineering journal. Students then compete with their robots on Saturday competitions around the state of Kentucky. Students may qualify for state, national, and world events.

New members are recommended to attend all of our learning labs and weekly practice schedule for the quickest and best 2886 experience!

New members can either join a previously established team, or they could potentially create their own team!
